A five-year effort of substantial sustainability updates, additions, and “coopification” renovations are nearly complete!. Check back here for updates on living in the cooperative!
Currently, five members already live in the co-op and we have one, fully equiped, 5-bdrm unit available (as of June 1, 2026). Before the end of June we will also have two, fully ADA accessible single rooms (SROs) available! Later in summer of 2026 there will be a 2-bdrm, 3-bdrm, 4- bdrm, and 6 more SROs available.
