Rejenerate is looking for a person who is excited by the unique opportunity to create a community from scratch. A community that is inclusive and diverse, with space for all of our residents and friends alike. If you have lived or worked in cooperative spaces, that would be great, but the top priority is for our membership coordinator to have experience and a burning passion for fostering uniquely diverse and welcoming spaces for all people. ReJenerate Cooperative is located in the heart of Madison, which has many wonderful qualities, but it also has a history of creating and enhancing racial economic disparities. While one small housing cooperative cannot immediately reverse over a hundred years of history, it can be part of the change that is already happening in Madison.
